Three Holiday Pop-Up Shops in the Albany Park neighborhood aimed to draw attention to local artisans and vendors. I managed the conversion of 3 vacant retail spaces into vendor-ready pop-up shops with a small design budget, and then coordinated vendor locations and hours.
